Group classes to give you the tools to help you in a fun and sociable environment.

A workshop for dancers and movers to explore habitual patterns and discover new pathways and possibilities

Claire Coveney and Itta Howie will draw on their backgrounds in The Alexander Technique, Pilates, experiential anatomy and dance to stimulate creative and insightful explorations into the functioning of the hips.

Join us and you’ll:
- Gain an embodied understanding of the anatomy and relationship of the hip joints, pelvis and spine,
- Learn to identify movement patterns and recognise beliefs that could be creating unhealthy strain on the body,
- Discover new pathways and invite new ways of thinking to increase ease and flow of movement,
- Journey from micro-movements in the joints to whole body integration,
- Explore your findings in dance improvisations and have plenty of fun along the way.

This workshop is open to adults of all ages and anyone who loves to move and dance. We aim to provide an inclusive environment for all bodies. If you have any specific requirements, please let us know when making a booking.
